But first, lets take a look at how really quick and easy it is to use the Bowflex® Health Club.

Your personalised health club has five clearly laid out areas, with navigation points on every page making the club very easy to use:

  • Reception - Your own personalised home page.
  • My Profile - To view your Personal Health Report from your induction; to create a new personal training plan and to pick up your recommended reading list.
  • Programs - To access the training programs prescribed for you and your activity monitors. Feel free to browse through all the other programs that are available, which are simply organised into the Cardiovascular, Toning & Stretching and the Bowflex® educational program sections.
  • Fitness Info - As well as your recommended reading list you will have access to fact sheets on the latest research and inspirational topics.
  • Club Support - For your online Personal Trainer's contact details; to access the club tour and frequently asked questions; plus links to other really useful health websites.

The Club's reception area is your own individualised home page, providing you with:

  • Personal Trainer's Notes - Here you will receive messages from your Personal Trainer.
  • Actions - A listing of all the actions and programs from your personal training plan, together with the activity monitors you use to track your progress. Clicking on these fast track links will automatically take you to the appropriate area of the Club - it's your personal directory.
  • The 3-Step Program - Following your induction you will want a simple and quick way to get started. By clicking on the links to each step in turn - Read Induction Report / Set Goals / Start a Program - and following the instructions, you are provided with a simple step-by-step guide to creating an effective personalised training plan.
